Refund Policy
This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service between you (the user) and the Company. Terms not defined here have the meanings assigned in the main Terms.
Refund of Purchased Credits
- Refunds for purchased credits are only possible to your PayTM wallet, provided:
- The payment was made using PayTM wallet.
- The refund request is received within 1 hour of the transaction.
- No other refund method is supported.
- Credits cannot be transferred to other users or accounts.
Refund of Used Credits
- Astrology consultations are subjective and can differ from astrologer to astrologer.
- Credits are paid for time and effort, not guaranteed results.
- No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with predictions or advice.
- You may contact customer care within 7 days of the consultation if dissatisfied.
- The complaint must clearly explain the issue and you may be asked to provide additional information.
Valid Reasons for Refund
If your complaint falls into one of the following categories, a refund (after gateway fee deduction) may be issued to your in-app credit balance:
- Call disturbance (e.g., weak signal, background noise, inaudible astrologer)
- Astrologer couldn’t speak the language mentioned in their profile
- Excessive response delay (e.g., no response in the first 3 minutes)
- Completely irrelevant or inappropriate responses
Other Conditions
- The final decision lies with the Company’s customer care team.
- All refunds will only be credited as in-app credits.
- All other transactions are final and non-refundable.
